2. Banff-Calgary Transfers 

PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL FOR BOOKINGS DURING LATE NIGHT/EARLY MORNING HOURS IF NOT PRESENT ON BOOKING INTERFACE

1. Select calender date for your trip
2. Select your trip option
3. Select your desired start time
4. Add One trip ticket to the order per option
5. Ensure your trip details are correct and proceed to checkout
6. Fill out the necessary form information for your trip and finalize payment and you're done!

Note: Make sure your pickup and dropoff addresses are appropriate for your route type. For example, for a Banff -> Calgary trip, make sure your pickup is in Banff and dropoff is in Calgary.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 6 and 24 hours before pickup are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the fare before GST. Cancellations made less than 6 hours before pickup are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the fare before GST. Customer no-shows and cancelltions made after the driver has been dispatch are non-refundable, exluding any tax adjustments required by law. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Exceptions or future booking credits may be considered at Teleport Rides' discretion.
